INGREDIENTS USED:
- Brown Bulgur Wheat
- Chicken/Lamb
- Carrots
- Onions
- Green Pepper
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper
- White Pepper Powder
- Ginger
- Curry
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Cayenne Pepper
- Avocado Pear
- Avocado Oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Pour your oil in the saucer.
- Add shredded chicken or lamb. Add chopped onions, carrots and green pepper. Spice with little salt, turmeric, black pepper, white pepper powder, ginger, curry, oregano, thyme and cayenne pepper.
- Add pre-soaked or lightly parboiled Brown Bulgur Wheat. Drain out water completely before adding. Mix continuously and cook with low heat.
- Peel and cut one avocado pear. Cut one bell pepper at the top and bottom. Further cut into two horizontally to form a circle.
- Put your choice of healthy oil in a frying pan and place the cut bell pepper to sit on the surface of the pan.
- Break two eggs and empty into each cut bell pepper. Stick small cuts of avocado in the cooking egg. Use low heat and cover to cook.
- Dish your food and decorate with the remaining avocado pear cuts.
