INGEDIENTS USED:
- Breadfruit (Ukwa)
- Dry Fish
- Snail
Bitter Leaf - Palm Oil
- Avocado Oil
- Chili
- Cayenne Pepper
- Oregano
- Black Pepper
- Ginger
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Wash Ukwa thoroughly.
- Cook in water (pour out and replace water after about 10 minutes).
- After 45 minutes of cooking add salt, and other spices (chilli, cayenne, oregano, black pepper and ginger).
- Add dry fish and some pre-washed fresh bitter leaves drained of excessive bitterness.
- Add little palm oil.
- Fry half ripe fried plantain in avocado oil.
- Boil Snail and cook in peppered.
